Not able to change plan

Hello, I have been trying to change my plan, but it comes back to me with,   “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.”

I have tried numerous times, to no avail. 

Any ideas?

The new plan has extra data at the same price, and would be great to have.

Hope someone can help.

Hey Alan! That error about not being able to choose a perk is pretty common lately.

Quick things to try:

  • Log out, clear your browser cookies, and log back in.
  • Try a different browser or device, or use incognito/private mode.

If you still get the perk error after trying those, it’s a glitch with Koodo’s system and you can’t fix it yourself. For this specific issue, you’ll need to schedule a callback through the Koodo Chatbot at koodomobile.com/help.

Let me know if you tried those steps already or have any more details!

I did try on different machines, and will setup a callback tomorrow.

Which plan are you trying to switch to? Can you provide a screenshot?

Try to change your plan, without choosing the perk.  THen try to choose your perk after your plan change.  If it doesnt work, report back here with the perk you want and we can flag a rep for you to get the perk added.

Hello again, I am trying to change to the 60gb plan, plus 10 gig perk.

Good idea, and I did try to change without a perk, and got the same response.
