Not able to cancel stream plus subscription

Hi Team,

I am using stream plus subscription through public mobile. Now I want to cancel but not getting option to successfully cancel it.

Please assist.

We are sorry to hear your having issues cancelling your Stream+ subscription.

 

There were some other reports regarding this, can you please let us know what message/error you get when you try to cancel it?

You can cancel Stream+ via Self Serve by following these steps:

  1. In the "Manage Internet and subscriptions" box, click the Manage now button.

  2. Click Manage in the subscriptions box you want to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel my subscription.

I tried and it says -- 

“Plan change in progress

Hang tight - we're working on tweaking your plan. If you still want to cancel, please undo your plan changes first.”

 

then I click undo and tried again  but still same thing.

You will need to request a callback and speak with a rep if the self serve portal for canceling is not working.

Hi, I have the exact same issue.

I can’t cancel because it says “Plan change in progress”.

If I click the button to “undo  your pending change”,  it leads me to the “Undo your changes?” page where the “Undo Changes” button doesn’t work--it just says ‘Processing’ and then nothing happens.

I can’t use the callback option because I’m unable to speak, so any help here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Alternatively to a callback, you can also reach a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X (Twitter). They should also be able to help you with your stream plus order issues.

To find the correct profiles, you can scroll to the bottom of this page and click the associated logo. From there, just send them a private message and a rep will get back to you. Let us know how this works out or if you need further help. 🙂

  1. Tried cancelling multiple times but it didnt cancel
  2. Received email that no action needed from your side and we are extending promotion for 3 more months till March
  3. After this they charged me 25.99 
  4. already filled the form to contact support but no help
  5. As soon as they charged without promo price, I was able to cancel online.

Its big scam going on. Tried call back option also, the guy says he doesnt know anything about this and need to contact public mobile.
