Not able to add perk on self serve

Hi,

Im not able to select my free perk from self serve portal. When I do select unlimited long distance perk. It shows "It looks like you can't choose a perk right now! Try again in an hour!" I have already cleared the cache and its not working!

We have been unable to add the perk from our end however we have submitted a request and the perk should be added in the backend in up two 3 business days. You will be able to use the perk starting with your new bill cycle.
