im wondering if anyone would know why or whats happening with my services if they said on tuesday afternoon i would have wifi and the modem and router were delivered. I set them up proper and the lights are all green but when connecting a device it says connected without internet. is there any way other than calling koodoo to get help with this issue?

Did you receive a confirmation email from Koodo? It should mention the activation date. What does it say? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ordering-online

Sometimes my computer will say connected without internet, but still have internet access. I assume you have no internetaccess on any device?

Unfortunately internet troubleshooting here is limited. You can try unplugging everything, waiitng 30 seconds, and then see if it’s working.

Just to check, when is your activation day?
