Need to cancel my Kudoo Internet ASAP. But wait times to call the cancellation number are hours, never gotten through.

I signed up for Kudoo internet but I need to stay with my current provider.  I have tried to call into the 1-855-350-1170 number multiple times, spent hours and no answer.  I need to cancel the Internet service before Feb-1st else they will deactivate my current provider and switch to Kudoo.  Since everyone at this home works from home, this will be a very big problem for us.  Is there anyone from Kudoo who can help us out please?  Or is there any other options anyone has that may work?

I am little confused, you wanted to stay with your current internet provider? But why did you register with Koodo? Do you want to cancel the Koodo internet?

Yes Dinh, I would like to cancel it.  What happened is my wife signed up for a mobile plan and then the sale staff convinced us to get internet as well.  Unfortuntly my internet setup at home is quite complex and I need to stand with my current provider.  I just realized this before the Kudoo new connection date which is Feb-1st.

Your Internet should be fine, I wouldn't worry about it. Koodo can't activate and override on an existing active line. In the worst case if they did, you can just contact your existing provider and they will fix it.

In the case of cancellation, you can pursue the number above or just wait in the forum since a rep has been flagged

ok, I’ll wait for the rep and cancel it, as I have to return the Kudoo equipment anyways…

Hi ​@niko7777777, are you signed in with your Koodo Internet account credentials? Have you created your online account yet?

If yes, please log out of the Community and log back in, using your Self Serve account credentials. We will gladly check for you but we cannot find or access your account without authentication.

No I am not signed in with any Kudoo credentials, I can sign up, but how will I be able to contact you afterwards?
