I haven’t been able to log into my self serve account for several days, the virtual assistant is unable to help me and I can’t schedule a callback without signing in. I need to speak to a representative to sort this out. Resetting my password doesn’t work as I’ve tried several times. How can I speak to a human member of the support team?

Do you have prepaid or postpaid service?

Have you logged in successfully before in the past?

I use self serve and I have for two years, I’ve never had and log in issues until recently. The only thing that’s changed recently is I had a late payment for the first time.

Will you please confirm what is the error you get when you try to log into your self serve account?

Have you tried also on a different device or browser?

I get this: “Your email and/or password don't match our records. Retry or reset your password. Your account may be temporarily locked after too many login attempts.“ I have tried on multiple browsers but only have access to my mobile device right now. I have reset my password multiple times to no avail
