I lost my phone and the new one I ordered came in the mail with a new sim. I need to be able to activate my SIM card but need my phone number to receive the verification code. I can’t get in my email because I need the 2 step verification code to my phone. But I can’t get it going. Any suggestions?

This is a tough one.
Emails usually have alternate 2FA options that's beyond a text to your phone.
Or do you have another device like a computer that you have logged into your email before so you can just go back in without 2FA?
