The inability to contact ANYONE from Koodo Is BEYOND frustrating. I am not able to even log in………. this is a CONSTANT issue. I cant change my plan, I cant find out my bill or upgrade. I CANT EVEN CANCELL my plan,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@chrissy1985  In addition to @MilkyWay  once you schedule a callback we can definitely talk to you. We speak with hundreds of customers every day. We are also on Facebook, Twitter and here too. We see you had no problem logging in at the end of May. Did something change? 


Last time this happened I tried the call back... Where they call you and it immediately turns call waiting for 20 minutes. Or you play phone tag and have to go through the whole process again to get a call back. I've been a customer for 20 years ... You think customer service would get better over time. 


Impressive considering koodo is only 14 years old. 

 

But the point of the callback is to prevent customers from waiting on hold for hours. I have heard about the callbacks not working sometimes so I do believe that they do happen. With that said everytime I have had to call in the callback system was very smooth. All I can say is keep trying. Or if you are truly unhappy, you can switch providers, which is the only way to get Koodo's attention.
