Koodo billed me $5 45 X in one day.

My first month bill was outrageous!

Over 330 for two $60 phone plans, no extra charges, except for a $5 charge that occurred more than 40 times on Oct 22, the day we purchased the plans,  

Of course Cesar on Koodo Assist didn’t answer the question, and then ghosted me. Now I can’t schedule a callback because the chat remains open.

If possible could you post a snapshot of the page 3 and 4 of the PDF bill where it shows the charge.

Apparently the Sign-up fees weren’t waived.

Sign-up often are not, and unfortunately, I cannot speak to how often it happens, but a verbal “the fees will be waived” have at times not happened as it was never noted in people’s files. 

Can you still post page 3 of your detailed bill to see these many $5 charges?
