New client. Trying to add my free perk. Getting this error message everytime: It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now. Tried assist, can’t get an answer. Help please

Are you signed up and able to choose your plan and proceed without needing to choose a perk?

Hi ​@Julie12 ,

We have also tried adding the Rollover Data perk and were unsuccessful so we completed a form to have this resolved as fast as possible by the relevant department.
