I’m reaching out here because I’m at my wits' end. I joined Koodo on March 16th, and part of my plan allows me to pick a "Perk." It sounds simple, right? Wrong.
For the last few days, I have tried everything. I’ve logged in on multiple computers and tried different mobile phones. Every single time, I get the same error. I was excited to start my service, but now I just feel defeated and ignored.
To make matters worse, the Koodo Chatbot is a total disaster. I’ve spent hours answering the same "stupid" automated questions only to be told at the very end that it "can't connect to a human representative."
I am furious that as a brand-new customer, I can’t even access the features I’m paying for, and I’m deeply saddened that a company this big has such broken support. It feels like I’ve been abandoned.
Has anyone else dealt with this "Perk" selection error? How do I actually get a human being to look at my account?
