How do I correct my birthdate on file.
I called and they said it was wrong.
Said to go to Koodo self serve site but I can't find anywhere to correct this

Hi there,
so this isn’t something you can change your self. Unless a rep on here is able to change it, then the solution would be to go to your closest Koodo kiosk or Telus store with a piece of ID and they can call their support team to have the date of birth changed for you 🙂👍

To update date of birth on file, you’d need to visit a Koodo store nearby, as Oliver suggested.
