How to switch from 30-day to 360-day prepaid plan in Self-serve

This may be a silly question, but how do I get the 360-day plans to show up in Self-serve? When I click the “change my plan” button, I see a variety of 30-day plans, ranging in price from $20 to $50, but no 360-day options. Is there another tab or something that I’m missing?

Yeah, that’s a known issue. The 360-day plans don’t show up in the regular self-serve plan change tool if you’re already on a prepaid plan. They’re basically only available for new activations right now.

You’d need to contact Koodo directly to switch over; can’t do it yourself through self-serve. Frustrating, I know. Some folks have had luck reaching out through the community or checking if there’s an option when you log into your account, but the standard “change plan” button won’t cut it for this one.
