I want to set up data alerts but when I try to do it through the chat it just loops me back to what is below.  

Any idea how to set up?

Ok finally figured out how to request a call back!

 


I have the exact same issue,  requested a callback, spoke to a rep, was assured the issue was resolved, but still seeing this incorrect information in my account a week later

Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that refreshes things


Same thing!   I spoke to a rep yesterday who assured me that data alerts set up for 25%, 50%, etc with a data block at 100%.   This is my first month with Koodo so will check my data use on the website occasionally until I receive alerts.  But yes as of this morning I still get the message on self serve that I’ve opted out of the alerts.
