Hi, I am trying to change from Koodo to other carrier plan, but it requires 8 digit account number. I have prepaid, so how do I input my prepaid account number which is 14 digit long?
+4What happens if you just enter the last 8 digits of your account number?
+4Out of curiosity what carrier are you trying to switch to?
You may need to reach out to their customer service team to complete the port as the prepaid one isn’t 8 digits.
