Hi I want to know my Account number in Koodo Self Serve. I am a prepaid customer.

Check the right hand top corner, it should be next to your phone number.

Hi, I am trying to change from Koodo to other carrier plan, but it requires 8 digit account number. I have prepaid, so how do I input my prepaid account number which is 14 digit long?

What happens if you just enter the last 8 digits of your account number?

Out of curiosity what carrier are you trying to switch to?
You may need to reach out to their customer service team to complete the port as the prepaid one isn’t 8 digits.
