How to change email on new account

I purchased as a new customer online. After I submitted, it somehow sent my information to the wrong email address that I entered. I am assuming that it autofilled by accident. I would like to change the email address on the account, but there is no where that I can see to do this.

Just to double check, you don’t have access to the email address the information was sent to?

We have identified an account based on your community profile. Have you used the same email address that you used on your community profile to sign up for self serve?

The email is my daughters. I would liken to use mine.

@shieldsabay did you get this resolved? You can change the email address in self-serve under “Manage Profile” and then the security section

Once you change it, this will be the email that you will use to login to self-serve, and any further notifications will go to the new email entered.
