how to cancel stream subscription

In self serve I don’t have manage button to click on, how to cancel the subscription? Please help me out.

If you don't see the "Manage" button for your Stream+ subscription in Koodo self-serve, it could be due to a technical glitch or a display issue on your account.

To cancel it you can do it in self-serve. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus

  1. Select the Subscriptions tab.

  2. Select Manage in the subscriptions box you want to cancel.

  3. Select Cancel my subscription.

If the "Manage" or "Cancel" option still doesn’t appear, it’s possible Koodo’s system isn’t showing your subscription correctly. Some users have reported this and found their subscription doesn’t show up in self-serve at all. In this case, you may need to contact Koodo support directly to request cancellation, as you won’t be able to do it through self-serve when the option is missing.

I only see Koodo support for mobile and internet, how to get support for streaming subscriptions?
