I am trying to help my mother who uses a flip phone and has no computer to use Koodo Assist. I don’t think there is an email address on her account (because she doesn’t have one) so I cannot login to request a call from a representative. She has a billing issue that she needs to talk to someone about. How can I arrange a call with a representative if Koodo Assist cannot be accessed?

You should still be able  to schedule a call back with our virtual assist  https://koo.do/Chat  without logging into the self serve account.
