How do I re-activate my koodo account?

I tried to use Koodo assist and schedule a call-back but when it asks for my phone number I put it in there and It says that it doesn’t match my account. Is there any other way?

Hi ​@Kulraj, why was your account de-activated originally, is this concerning a prepaid or postpaid account? If it has been cancelled for more than 90 days, the same account cannot be resumed, you’d need to open a new one.

I was going to switch to a different provider so I cancelled my account. I cancelled it around the last week of December 2025 and it says that my last payment was December 25, 2025.

Do you still have access to your online account? Do you still have the Koodo SIM? You can check with our team if the account can be reactivated by scheduling a callback here. You mentioned having issues with getting a callback, let us know if that is still the case.

I still have access to my online account and I still have my Koodo sim but issue is still happening. It asks for my phone number associated with the Koodo account and after I put it, it says it’s incorrect.
