How can I merge monthly accounts?

Hello,

I have two separate Koodo accounts (monthly) and I would like to merge all of them into one account?

Any ideas on how to do this using the Self Serve functionality?

Accounts can get merged but not through self-serve. I'd schedule a callback through Koodo assist to do so. Just ask to merge or link accounts
