HOME INTERNET CANCELLATION

I’ve been trying for the past 2 days to just cancel my home internet and I’ve just been getting a complete runaround. Any help or insights on how I can go about this?? 

  • I’ve tried online and it’s not an option and directs me to call 
  • I’ve tried calling and not getting through 

I’m just defeated rn

Good luck with that. Koodo doesn't care and they make it difficult to cancel your internet on purpose. I had the same problem the other day, and it was bad. Koodo also deletes honest posts when you call them out.  Don't use them for anything.  Beware.

That’s very unfortunate, it can be hard to just sit there waiting for help but I’m hopeful

@Koodo you guys still haven’t helped me out and then you charged me twice for the same internet I’m trying to cancel. This is starting to get criminal

Every time I’ve been able to speak with someone it’s been from mobility department, not home internet.  and they can do nothing to help but transfer..transfer..transfer
 

I'm having a look at my internet not cancelled

@merri3 We understand that the situation is less than ideal, to say the least. When you reached out yesterday, we forwarded the case to our Koodo Internet team for them to look into the situation and assist with your request. They will get back to you as soon as possible.
