I need help I have changed my old number and got new one because belief's my family don't like the new number at all , is there any way could you please help me to get a new number ? I can't talk or text my parents neither close family members. thanks

This is the limitation of the system. If you wanted to revert your number back to the old one, or get another one right now, you have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. Hopefully, they won’t charge you a fee for it.

If the change was recent, you should be able to get your number back with the assistance of a rep. You can try sending a private message to Koodo via Fb Messenger or DM via Twitter or schedule a callback.
Or you can just wait until your next billing cycle and change your number again for free, just like it said on the screen
