Having trouble getting my Internet Cancelled

I am trying to cancel my Koodo Internet. It says that I can do it on line thru self serve but when I click on it I get:

Our operating hours are

daily 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. EST

No one is picking up this phone. This has been so frustrating. I have tried multiple times. As far as I am concerned they are doing this on purpose to keep you from cancelling.

Sorry you're having trouble cancelling your Koodo Internet. If Self Serve isn't working, try scheduling a callback through the Koodo Chatbot on their website. This is usually the fastest way to get help with cancellations when other options aren't working.

If you haven't already, double-check that you're logged into the right account in Self Serve and look for "Manage subscriptions" under your internet service. Sometimes the option shows up there.
