I’m getting the exact same thing…. “billing province on your account doesn't match the one on your phone number.” and it DOES!   416 area code. Ontario billing address. Registered address is also the exact same as the billing.

Was this ever resolved for the other users? I am encountering the same error, even though I have updated my phone number to match my current province. The issue persists 12 hours after changing my number. I have cleared my cache and attempted in incognito mode and in a different browser.

Hello, I too have been getting this error when checking to see what Phones are available as I’d like to upgrade later this year once my Phone’s Tab is paid for.

I live in British Coiumbia and have never moved out of Province.

The Phone Number is for Merritt, BC and I live in Terrace, BC.
I’ve had this phone number for about a decade and would rather not change it.

The last 3 Digits of my Phone Number if needed are 534, thank you for any assistance given regarding this matter.

Why this is a sudden problem as of several months ago going by this thread is a mystery to me, but I do hope Koodo can fix it at some point.

Hi @Isadoorian, our team is aware of the issue and working to fix it. We’d recommend trying to open the page in incognito/private mode or trying with a different browser or device. If this issue persists when you’re actually wanting to upgrade, please let us know here and we’ll leave a note on your account so you can call in and have an agent assist with the upgrade.

Is there any ETA on this?  I have tried incognito mode on my browser as well as multiple devices and still get this error despite all 4 of my lines having area codes that match the province.  I am hesitant to upgrade in another manner and lose the waived connection fee online.
