I see there are several threads on this that have been closed, but I still don’t see any resolution.
Tell me password needs to be reset, but when I go to reset it, no matter how many passwords I try that are all compliant with requirements, it fails. I need to update my credit card info, but am not able to do so.
What is the resolution of this?

I've been having the same issues, new prepaid customer. I keep getting this pop up, literally can't even finish verifying my account. I even tried a generated password from a website, none of them are working. Hopefully they fix this issue soon
If you are a new customer, consider using a fresh email address. Some reported that the system might reject previously used email address or email naming convention.

Thanks! I will see if I can mess around with it, I tried to make another account but they had made my account when I bought the SIM card at a Koodo kiosk so it's not letting me attach the sim card to a different email address now.
*Edit* nevermind! I just went to an initial link I had received on purchase and was able to change to email account used and get it set up. Thank for your help!
There's still clearly a bug in the code that needs to be addressed, hopefully they can fix that soon!
