Fast Swap - Prepaid to Postpaid

Hello,

1 day ago I helped my mother swap over to a monthly plan (prepaid to postpaid) using the instructions provided on the koodo website.  Her phone and plan is active and can call and send/receive messages using the same number.  We have not been able to get onto her self serve account.  It said the account would follow her but it appeared that did not happen.

How can i get the self serve account relinked?

When you mentioned fast swap, did you receive a special promotion from Koodo to guide you through the process? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-prepaid-postpaid-monthly-service?

Regarding the access to postpaid selfserve, can you check the junk and spam inbox to see if anything is sent there?

 I assume you received Koodo service agreement already?

Hi ​@Kyle Estabrooks, the prepaid Self-Serve account should migrate to the new postpaid account. Once complete you should be able to sign into your Koodo self-serve postpaid account using the same credentials as on the prepaid account.

Are you getting an error message when signing in? Have you tried to open the page in an incognito/private window or with a different browser or device?
