ERROR CODE - 4001


Each time i try to purchase a phone, i get this error after entering credit card:

 

Our systems aren't able to process your transaction at this time. Please try again later.

Getting tokenization error. ERROR CODE - 4001

 

I have been retrying every day for the last five days

What credit card is it (I mean Canadian or international, VISA prepaid or…)? Also, are you getting this error if you clear your cookies and/or try a different browser?

The issue is supposed to have been fixed now, with several affected people reporting being able to make a purchase now.

 

If you’re still unable to after trying to log out and back in again and doing as Sophia said, let us know so a rep can be flagged to assist.

You shouldn’t be experiencing that issue anymore. Every customer who previously had it has confirmed they are no longer seeing the error.

We’ve checked your account and noticed that you have an old plan, which will need to be changed if you upgrade.

Please try selecting a new plan and let us know if you’re still getting the same error code.
