Error Changing

I am trying to change my plan and I keep getting this error.  Transaction ID here: U1773347195568I89685 try again in an hour.

I have tried in an hour and I am still getting this error. 

 

I have tried several times over a few days and I am still getting this error..

HELP!

Did you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? What about using a different browser or device?

Hi ​@Julie 26, is the error related to choosing a perk, can you try changing your plan without selecting a perk? We can attempt to add it for you once the plan has been changed.
