Double billed for same day of Easy Roam

That was strange. Did you travel from US to another country on the same day?

If possible, could you share a snapshot of the easyroam fee on your PDF bill?  Hide all personal information before posting please. 

When you check the bill and the times that you were charged, Easy Roam only goes until 11:59pm and then you're charged again for the following day.

Did you perhaps continue to use roaming past that time causing an additional charge?

We have looked into it and we can see only one charge on the 27th according to the bill details.

This is the billing section, at the bottom, that shows two $18 day charges for the same day Feb 27 different times.

We have checked the bill PDF bill details, and the timestamp recorded for the Easy Roam charge is February 26 11:47PM (which is the local time of the roaming destination).

When Easy Roam is used, the system records the timestamp in two ways: one in your destination's local time and one in the Canadian home time. That's why 11:47pm appears on the PDF bill (destination time) and 12:47am in your self-serve account (Canadian time). They're basically the same transaction, displayed in different time zones. 

But my total amount for easy roam on that bill is $162 ($18 x 9 days) which is Feb 27 twice, Feb 28, March 1,2,3,4,5,6.  So the total includes the charge twice for Feb 27 so they bill at two seperate transactions?

Basically you used it at 11:47pm on 26 Feb, but the bill is showing 12:47am 27 Feb for the charge on 26 Feb.
