I have the same prob of yours. I have a SIM card and not able to find someone to activated. Even at the koodo store couldnt help me.
A communication provider with no customer service. JUST WOW.
@Chahine You have 2 monthly paid active lines. What exactly are you trying to do? Where did the SIM card come from? No sales person that I know of would turn down an opportunity for a sale so unsure what store rep told you why they can’t help. Is is a prepaid SIM?

@Bernard Koodo One line is working fine but the second is not. This is what i am trying to make it work. My second line that i added 3 days ago mention SOS only and i cant find anybody in this company to make it active not even at the store . The damn callback is 2 days away.
@Chahine The SOS signal may suggest a faulty SIM. Looks like you did have a chat with one of our reps today. I sure hope we can help fixing things.
How can I speak to a customer service rep? I find it very odd that this is a difficult task. I have used the serf services and requested a phone call, but no luck. Anyone has an experience with this? And what is the best way to resolve this issue?

Wanted to provide an update… received a call from Koodo today and they were incredibly helpful and supported me with the questions I had + improved my current plan.
