Couldn't add a free perk for the last 6 days. Two new lines.

I’ve been trying to add a free perk (5G speed boost) to the two new lines I opened with Koodo on December 31st. Each time I try either from my phone or on computer it says “Try again in an hour… “ plus some error message. I also try to use Koodo Assist and each time it asks me to “sign in” I’m unable to because the pop up window tries to load something but throws up an error message instead. It’s been like this since day 1. Frustrated!

Hi there,

this has been an issue the last couple of days for others as well. I will flag a rep to take a look and see if they could add the perk to both lines from their end.

Make sure you’re logged into the community using your Koodo self-serve credentials and they should be able to give it a try. If they’re unable to then a service ticket can be made for the perks to be added. 🙂

We are sorry to hear you are having issues adding the free perks.

 

Unfortunately, we were getting the same error, so we submitted a request so the perk is added in the backend.

This may take up to 3 business days.
