Couldn't activate new sim

Hi 

Asurion sent me a sim card with replacement mobile. i am trying to activate new sim under mobile services in self serve account.It asks me for otp and once entered it keeps loading. I tried this many times and koodo website keeps on loading and noting happens . 

Activation services needs a fix .What do i do now ?

Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try incognito mode; Self Serve glitches love that fix. Insert the new SIM, restart phone, then hit Mobile Services again for activation.

hey 

Thanks , also your website logging has issues too . i had to reset my password multiple times and still it couldnt take my new password for login . 

also password doesnt sync between koodo community cred’s , chat bot sign in , and koodo website

Now i am locked out of my account

ignore my comment above , i was able to login after multiple attempts 

from incognito, now i am asked to send otp to my email and it says “This email address can’t be used for verification at this time, because it was recently updated. Please choose the Text option to receive your verification code now.” 

i havent updated my email since 2020 , then why do i get this error 
other option here is to get otp to my mobile , which i why i am trying to activate my new SIM 

FYI , my old sim is lost

hey , I am getting koodo missed call notification but not calls actively . not sure why and i cant even call back that number
