Hi
Asurion sent me a sim card with replacement mobile. i am trying to activate new sim under mobile services in self serve account.It asks me for otp and once entered it keeps loading. I tried this many times and koodo website keeps on loading and noting happens .
Activation services needs a fix .What do i do now ?
