I am trying to order a new phone on the Koodo website, but I can’t change the name it is being shipped to. It only lets me change the address. Does anyone know how to change the name?

I am not sure if you are able to change the name, as it is sent to the account holder. If you ordered it online and it has not been shipped out yet, you can send an email to the Koodo Web Store at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com to see if they can make any changes on their end.
