Cant login to prepaid self serve, reset password, or access ESIM?

I can't reset my password to log into self serve to set up my sim. Every time I reset password, it says my password doesn't match guidelines. I've tried every combination and web browser. Absolutely awful customer service, how anyone uses this awful company is beyond me.

When you mentioned "setup your eSIM" what were you trying to do? Are you a new Koodo customer who wanted to activate a new eSIM?

Im an existing customer, i lost my old phone and im setting up a new one

Nope, only had the account for 4ish months. Been an issue ever since i opened it. Prepaid

Im an existing customer, i lost my old phone and im setting up a new one

If that is the case, you would have to visit a Koodo location and ask a rep to change it for you. Switching SIM isn’t available in selfserve if you didn’t have access to the old SIM.
