cant log in and cant reregister

So it’s been just a day over 90 days. I got the prepaid paper I’ve gotten from the gas station and I can’t call to renew. Cant even get a email from Koodo since I tried to many times. From the start i wasn't even able to retry to make another password since it was a “invalid” password . I can’t call *611 no matter

I assumed your prepaid account was suspended. If your prepaid account has been deactivated for more than 90 days, it’s permanently closed.

As of now, You can try scheduling a callback with a prepaid rep atwww.koodo.com/prepaidchat  and ask if they can help. You  will need to provide a different phone number where you can receive the callback normally.

If they can’t restore it, the only option would be to create a new prepaid account .
