Like the title says i cant add a free perk to 2 of my numbers it just gives an error

Which perks were you trying to add and what error was it producing?
Have you attempted to add the perks using a different device, browser, or by clearing your cache and cookies and trying again?
I have tried on my laptop and phone it says you can’t add a perk right now please try again in an hour and show a picture of an upside down ice cream cone
Ah, yes this has been an issue for some as of late as well.
Which perks specifically were you trying to add and to which number (only the last 4 digits)? As I can flag a rep on here to take a look at attempting to add the perk. If they cannot, they can raise a support ticket to have it added.

I will flag a rep to take a look. Make sure you're signed into the community page using your self serve login and they should be able to attempt to add the perk. They will respond here as I have. 👍
