Cannot login- Cloudflare blocking access on Safari

This morning I tried to login to my Koodo account and was blocked by Cloudflare.

No idea what is going on- I can log in via Chrome and on other devices, but not through Safari.

Not a huge issue but I am wondering what is going on and why...

Try clearing your browser’s cache or incognito mode and see it it will work with safari

I tried that, no luck.  I cleared the browser cache and history this morning, as well as the cookies… I just tried incognito mode and nothing. it’s weird

Do you happen to be using a vpn on safari?

I use Safari on my home computer, and no settings have changed on it or our internet recently. I haven’t been on the Koodo website for a couple of weeks because I didn’t need to access it, so not 100% sure when the issue started...

It might be a glitch caused by CloudFlare. They had recently experienced some blackout and Telus/Koodo is using them to protect the network. I suggest you try again tomorrow or test using a different device to see if that can help

Do you have iCloud private relay enable? Try disabling it.

I’m also blocked by cloudflare. I deleted my history, used a different wifi, used mobile internet, used chrome, used safari, used vpn, no vpn. No success to koodomobile.com. See attached screenshot

I am also blocked by Cloudflare when using both of my my iPads (iPad 6th generation, and iPad Air M2) to log in to my account. This started yesterday. I don’t have VPN,  cleared cache, deleted browsing history, updated and restarted iPads, tried using Chrome with no luck.

Hi: just lost phone, watching it travel around Mexico on “find my phone” and want to get into account to cancel koodo on phone but cloudflare is blocking me. Tried bot but it runs around in circles saying, sign in!

Since you are in Mexico please send a private message to Koodo via facebook or twitter using the links at the bottom of the page.

Also try logging to your self serve using a different device or browser.  OP said that self serve worked on chrome but not Safari
