I am trying to add the "Pay per use International long distance" add-on to my line, but it does not appear to be available in my available add-ons list. Could a rep please assist me in enabling this feature? Appreciate your help.

We have managed to add the long distance add on for you, please let us know if you are able to make long distance calls.
