This is the same problem I have posted on here before about and I see others have too.
Three numbers on my account, one has a $50 a month 4G plan with $10 discount and there’s an offer for the same with 5G data and better perk options.
But I cannot proceed because it says I cannot pick a perk right now. Even if I choose ‘no perk’ it’s the same error. I got a chat going with someone from koodo and they offered to do the change for me and to double the data at no extra charge. I said I accept but never got a reply after that. And no change was made.
