Cancelling from abroad

Hi , 

After moving back to Ireland 3 months ago I’m finally ready to cancel my Koodo account, but I cannot see a way to do it from Self Service..

 

Is there a way for me to do this without having to call the helpline from abroad?

You can talk to a rep via Facebook since you’re outside of Canada.

I’ve been dealing with the same issue and it’s been a month and the people on facebook have not cancelled my account yet.

Hello,

 

Does anyone know how to cancel an account from abroad if you do not have Facebook? Is there a phone number I can call?

There is no number to call unfortunately. You could try to register for a VoIP service (like Fongo or other service out there), to get a Canadian number.

Twitter is also an option. You just need to create one account and delete it afterward.
