Cancel Home Internet Subscription

I am trying to cancel my internet subscription, I have been in hold for more that 45 mins, I don’t see any call back option. This is frustrating 😡. I would like some help here

Ok ​@gopiraj, we’ve submitted the request. Once the cancellation has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email with equipment return instructions. You can also find the return instructions here

Hi ​@gopiraj, sorry to hear about the long wait. We can submit a cancellation request for you with the Internet team. Would you like to cancel the service immediately or a at a later date? 

In case they need to reach out to you, is the number ending in *10 on the account a good contact number?
