Can't view my subscriptions in Koodo Self Serve Mobile Canada all day


Can't view my subscriptions in Koodo Self Serve Mobile Canada all day.  Also can not find or see my current Stream+ choice so I can change it for something new.

Hi ​@Manchurian, you have the original Stream+ bundle and an Amazon Prime subscription. You can find both of them in your account under add-ons. Here is a guide on changing your add-ons https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-add-ons

Please note that the original Stream+ bundle with Netflix, Apple TV+ and discovery+ is no longer available so if you remove it, you will not be able to re-add it.

The current Stream+ bundle offers access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, with or without ads based on the tier selected. You can find more information on this here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus

Are you on postpaid or prepaid service?

 

Which Stream+ package do you have?  Were you able to see your Subscription area previously in self serve?
