I bought a sim card from London Drugs. 

The boy at the counter put my information in wrong. (Postal Code and Email) 

I now can’t register my self serve for the first time because of unmatching information. 

I need someone to fix this information on my account so I can log in.

I was never sent the start-up e-mail so I think he typed my email in wrong.
