I set up a Koodo account where I’m the account owner and they are the user.
They are trying to get set up for self service, but it says their details aren’t correct. I’m confused how to proceed with getting the account set up

Did you sign up at a koodo kiosk or online?
DId you get a self serve confirmation email?
Note - got it working.
I think the problem was that the registration form was bugged on his browser. When I tried setting things up for him on my chrome desktop browser I didn’t have any problems
