@Pat Easton Brunk are you with Prepaid or post paid services?

The user account is typically locked for an hour after trying too many unsuccessful login attempts

@Dennis I am prepaid. I had to reset my password twice in a row because I have a terrible memory. Since then, which was probably 6 months ago I haven’t been able to log in at all

After a password reset, are you able to login right away?

@Dennis I tried resetting my password again and managed to get access again after having to clear the cache and repeat the same thing 🤷

Hi I’ve been having the same issue! Had a rep on the Phone today but they weren’t able to help me. 
if this issue was brought up 1 month ago you should have this fixed by now or am I wrong?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? as well are you using any VPN tool or residing outside of Canada?

Hi thanks I got it resolved I disconnected any VPN and it worked
