Can't find log in after switching Koodo


I’m unable to log into my account after switching from Koodo. I have tried to reset my password but no email is sent to my email. Can someone please help?

Are you on a prepaid or postpaid account?

How did you switch to Koodo?  Is it a new number or did you port your number over?


I switched from Koodo. My numbered was ported out

When did you port out?

Was this a prepaid or postpaid account?


I ported out around Dec 10, 2023. It was a prepaid account.

Self serve accounts are good for 90 days after porting out.  After 90 days you will not be able to login anymore


Would you be able to help obtain my past billings? That is what I am really trying to look for

As you already canceled for a while, you would have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask them about it www.koodo.com/chat

Prepaid does not have any bills either.  You purchase top ups on demand as you need them.

 

For an account this old, and the fact it is prepaid (prepaid accounts have very little personal info), they are very likely not able to dig up the prepaid account or if they can, they wont have enough personal info to confirm you were the previous owner to provide you any relevant info
