Hi,

 

I bought a prepaid sim card in a store. After activating my sim, I never received any email from Koodo.

I’m trying to create a self serv account. Each time I’m doing so it’s written : We are unable to process your

request at the moment. I tried with different browsers.

I went to a koodo shop their only answer was to wait and try an other time.

My sim is working, I can call and use internet. Any idea?

 

As of now, is your sim working? How did you activate the SIM card?
Have you checked your junk and spam email to see if any email was sent there? 
As well, I assumed you were trying to create a prepaid selfserve account and NOT postpaid account?


I have activated the sim card by myself on the internet. Actually at the end of the process it was written that some error occurred. I had a call with an assistant guy. He told me that on is side they received the payment, I should wait and will receive an email.

No spam email. And I’m in the self serv part.

If you saw the error, the activation might not be successful. Can you try to activate the SIM card again? https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/

i assumed they gave you a prepaid sim and not a postpaid SIM card?
