Can't choose a perk

Hi,

 

Even though I chose a perk and they said a confirmation email has been sent to my email, I don’t see any email, and the website keeps asking to add the perk.

I would like to add the perk ‘Unlimited Long Distance Pack’.

Are you changing your plan, signing up for a new plan or just selecting/changing your perk after you have your plan

In order to be able to access the details, we’d need you to log into your community account using via self serve, as in the screenshot below and let us know once done.

I am a new customer and have a plan now. The website asked me to choose free perk and I did that. But it isn't still applied to my account.

Please let us know when you have logged into the community with your self serve account so the rep can look into your account

We have also tried adding the Unlimited Long Distance Pack perk and were unsuccessful so we completed a form to have this resolved as fast as possible by the relevant department.
