blocked from self serve

Do you happen to use a VPN? If so, try turning it off and trying again. Also, have you tried logging in using an Incognito tab? This may also help.

A lot of the time you can try resetting your password and this will allow you to regain access.

Unless you’re getting like a cloudfare “your access has been blocked” error where the site won’t load. In which case try waiting some time, using a different device or browser.

i’ve been getting the blocked pop up too. i dont know what to do. tried different browsers, incognito, changing my password. i cant speak to an actual human unless im logged in but i cant log in because i get the popup. help!!!

There has been several reports of similar blocking with CloudFlare? Was that the same error that you saw?

I’m also having issues logging in. The only thing that seems to temporarily work is having my profile deleted then I set it up from scratch I get logged in. However, if I try logging in later I am locked out as wrong password. I go through password reset it is successful then  I try logging in and it says incorrect password... I had them delete my profile multiple times… same issue!!! Any updates?!?

yeah its the cloudfare one. it makes me think i got hacked because before i got the popup i would try to log in and the password was correct but it said it wasnt. i reset my password and it still wouldnt let me log in. a couple days later i tried to log in again and then i started getting the popup

Try turning off any VPN or privacy features like iCloud Private Relay, and use your phone’s cellular data instead of WiFi to log in. Are you seeing a Cloudflare error or something different? Let me know what exact message you get.
