Adding 3rd Line

I just added a 3rd line, i successfully charged my card for 15$ esim but my account is not showing the temporary number to setup. i called 1-833-881-8868 and as of this post i have been transferred 3rd time and been waiting for someone to answer for an hour already

Have you received an email confirmation from Koodo with a service agreement yet?

Also, not sure if you tried, can you log out and log back in again to see if the new line shows up?

i only received the email “We’ve received your order” and no other email(s) for an hour already. yes i have logout and logged back in and still no 3rd line. i was able to add 1st 2 numbers but not the 3rd one

Activation is still a manual process where a rep has to review and approve. I would recommend you wait for 1-2 hours more. If that doesn't show up, you can come back here, and a rep will probably review it for you.

In self serve do you see an active 3rd line there?
